Footscray Park Bowling Club is incorporated under Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.  Club governance, rules and reporting are is carried out in accordance with the requirements of this Act.

The Committee of Management oversee the strategic direction and operational viability of the club and are elected by the Affiliated Members.
